Jenny Reynolds

Rescheduled for 1/9/2022

For more information, go to our contact  page and send a request to be added to our Arhaven House Concerts mailing list.

This will be Jenny's fourth time to perform at our home, her second time as the headlining artist.  We conducted a survey of our "regulars" prior to the pandemic asking who they would like us to invite back to celebrate 10 years of house concerts.  Jenny was at the top of the list and was scheduled to kick our 10th season off last September so it's only fitting that she will be kicking off a new year of house concerts. Originally from the Boston area, Jenny was named “Best New Local Act” in the Austin Chronicle’s 2005 Critics Poll shortly after moving to Austin.  She has played the Old Settlers Music Festival, the Kerrville Folk Festival, The Philadelphia Folk Festival, Club Passim, the Cactus Cafe, and the Bluebird Cafe.  In the middle of the pandemic, Jenny released a new album, Any Kind of Angel, that was recorded at the legendary Congress House Studio in Austin and features Jaimee Harris, Scrappy Jud Newcomb, BettySoo, Jenifer Jackson, and Warren Hood.  Jenny tells us that she may bring a special guest.
